We offer setup indoors and outdoors. Ground must be level and we allow setup on grass, concrete, turf, pavers, however, we cannot set up on loose gravel, dirt, rocks, or any uneven surfaces or material that may damage or discolor our inflatables.

If there is no power source within 50ft of the inflatable, a generator is available with rental for an additional fee.

Yes. All rental items require a deposit of 25% of the total cost to book your event date.
